Food Safety in Catering

Our 6-hour Food Safety course is suitable for anyone who handles food and does food preparation including kitchen staff, childminders and pre-school or nursery workers.

Training is done a friendly environment using videos, workbooks and group discussions. The awarding body for this course is the Royal Society for the Promotion of Health.
